Video errors may be caused by a number of factors. We recommend trying the following steps to troubleshoot:
- Clear your cache and cookies
- Refresh your browser
- Sign out of Kadenze, quit your browser, then sign back in
- Try signing in from a different browser (Chrome tends to work best for our website)
- Your browser type
- A direct link to the class
- A screenshot of the video error
- A screenshot of your console for the problematic page. On your browser, simply press Ctrl+Shift+J (or Cmd+Alt+J on a Mac)
